What is the Vacancy Matching Service?

The Vacancy Matching Service is a free service offered by the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and is for anyone who is searching for an Apprenticeship vacancy.

How can it help you find employment?

Registering your details with the Vacancy Matching Service (VMS) is the first step to getting up and running and finding a career path. Once you are registered on the VMS you will be able to:

• Search for vacancies by occupation, employer, key words, or locations.
• Complete application forms for vacancies.
• Track the progress of your applications.
• Access saved vacancies and applications.
• Receive email and text alerts about vacancies that may interest you.

If your application has been shortlisted by an employer and they wish to invite you in for an interview, the employer will contact you directly.
